Freight Charges

Account Customers:
The freight charges calculated for your order will be based on your current arrangement with us. Please get in touch with your sales rep to get information on your freight rate.

Retail Customers:
Orders under $100 - A flat rate of $10 incl. GST will be added at the checkout process.
Orders over $100 - Freight will be free. Some exclusions may apply. We will contact you prior to dispatch.

Processing Times for orders

Orders normally are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 working day (if in stock) and you should get it in 1-3 working days from the dispatch date. If the item is out of stock, then it takes roughly 1-2 weeks for it to be delivered. For accurate eta please contact us on 0225366900
