If you have ordered the wrong size of product from the retail website, you can return the item in saleable condition to us for a refund or exchange. Please note customers must send the product back to us at their own cost for refund or exchange; however, once we have received the product for exchange, we will send out the right product at our own cost. Please include the packing slip when you return/exchange if possible as it makes the process much easier and faster.
