RETURNS / EXCHANGE

If you have ordered the wrong size of product from the retail website, you can return the item in saleable condition to us for a refund or exchange. Please note customers must send the product back to us at their own cost for refund or exchange; however, once we have received the product for exchange, we will send out the right product at our own cost. Please include the packing slip when you return/exchange if possible as it makes the process much easier and faster.

If you have any concerns about the product, you ordered or we have made an error, please contact us and we will endeavor to rectify things as soon as possible.
